Has Virtual Reality Arrived?

Share with the World - bit.ly Sony aims to put a TV on your head in the near future but is this semi virtual reality helmet worth the 0 ticket to ride? Could be, I don't know watch the video and find out and stop reading this pointless description! @jonwmeyer11 This is the first step towards that, the problem is you still need a helmet or glasses of some sort because otherwise if you turn your head right there is no screen to your right. With the helmet anywhere u turn the kinect could track it and translate that image to the helmet. We’re almost there

I don’t understand why they couldn’t make a virtual reality head gear gaming system with the kinect features now…that makes you feel as if you were inside the game or on vacation. Maybe walking through New York….With the technology they have now it would be amazing. Who wouldn’t want to walk through the streets of Tokyo without leaving there house?

combine this with Track-IR, and it will be sweet in Flightsimulator X. Ofcource also with all addons that makes it even better, like TileProxy.

i had all vr headset even the victormaxx when they came out in the 90 and trimension all of the r not good. even stereo scoping is fake 3d same with the 3d glasses red n blue the only thing that impress me is the movie theater i had watch resident evil 3d was amazing

i had punch my son with wii boxing game the i got kick in the ball. now that was my most funny time to remember all this vr is really getting dangerous
